My Services

Compliance
I provide consulting services related to organizational policies and practices to ensure compliance with current and upcoming employment laws, regulations, and collective bargaining agreements. I also offer recommendations for new policies, along with impact analysis, and conduct comprehensive evaluations of HR policies, processes, and practices.

Compensation
I offer services that include conducting pay equity analysis and assessing an organization’s market competitiveness through classification and compensation studies, salary surveys, and reviews of internal compensation structures. I develop detailed wage data reports, articulate findings, and present them to key stakeholders as part the service.

Relations

I offer expert advice on employee relations, guidance on problem resolution, and support with workplace investigations and corrective action measures. I also provide performance improvement strategies, along with facilitating dialogues and engagement with Union-represented workforce.

Administration
I provide a wide range of professional administrative support services such as evaluation and creation of Employee Handbooks, job descriptions, HR procedures, forms, and processes. I support employee onboarding, manage personnel actions, administer protected leave, and conduct research and data analysis.

More About Me
My passion has always been focused on the “human” aspect, whether in Human Services or Human Resources.
I began my professional career at a community college in Oregon’s capital, where I supported job seekers in polishing their job search skills while also assisting the HR department in an administrative capacity. After several years, I transitioned to a local government agency in Oregon that provides social services across five counties.
In this role, I advanced my career in bilingual positions within Human Services, coordinating and administering social services for seniors and adults with disabilities. My deep appreciation for the agency’s staff inspired me to pursue an opportunity within HR, leading to an HR Generalist role. In 2016, I was entrusted with leading the agency’s Human Resources team.
In 2021, after two decades of public service, I embarked on a new journey, offering independent consulting and technical support to my peers in the HR profession.
Today, I provide quality consulting services across various HR disciplines, including recruitment and selection, training, compensation and classification, protected leave administration, labor and employee relations, workplace investigations, performance management, HR compliance, policy development, and more, primarily for public employers.
